ANU Foot Balm is a natural, foot pampering treatment for tired and overworked feet. It’s especially beneficial after a run or a long walk or indeed any type of physical exercise.

Ingredients

I make this foot pampering balm combining coconut, olive and almond oils with cocoa butter and beeswax. I infuse it with Carrageen Irish Moss* and essential oils of Peppermint and Teatree.

The Carrageen Irish Moss seaweed works wonders softening hard skin and nourishing and repairing your feet.

The antifungal, antiseptic teatree essential oil keeps your feet healthy. It also prevents infections, including athlete’s foot.

I use natural oils and butters because they are deeply nourishing. They help bring relief to dehydrated soles and cracked heels.

The Carrageen Irish Moss seaweed will soften hard skin while nourishing and repairing your feet.

The antifungal, antiseptic teatree essential oil keeps your feet healthy. It also prevents infections, including athlete’s foot.

The Peppermint essential oil has a natural cooling effect on the feet. This will help to remove any tension in sore muscles and make your feet feel revived.

As a result your feet will be soothed, healed, revived and nourished.

Directions:

Apply on the soles of dry, clean feet. Massage all over, gently and concentratie on dry, painful or cracked areas. For very tired feet, you can also use ANU Foot Balm as an overnight treatment. Just don’t forget to wear your cotton socks

Carrageen Irish Moss

This virtually odorless seaweed is hand harvested and sourced from the clean waters of the West of Ireland. This seaweed is loaded with vitamins and beautifying minerals which help soften, hydrate and strengthen the skin. In addition, it soothes eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis.  Carrageen Irish Moss also promotes cell renewal, tissue repair and the production of collagen. Collagen is the fibrous protein that helps give strength and elasticity to skin.
